A label-free custom quantitation assay for a specific protein of interest can be developed using Streptavidin biosensors on an Octet QK or Octet RED System. The systems’ BioLayer Interferometry technology provides an easy and direct method for measuring any protein of interest without needing a detection antibody, serial dilution, or wash steps. Time to results is only ~ 30 minutes for 96 samples.
