ForteBio is a venture-capital funded life science company developing analytical systems to provide rapid, real-time results for protein quantification and characterization of protein:protein interactions.

In June, 2005, ForteBio completed Series A financing, co-led by Alloy Ventures and Latterell. Also participating in the financing were Agilent Ventures and Versant Ventures. In October, 2005, Series B was lead by The Vertical Group, a New Jersey based venture capital firm and also included all of the previous investors.
